This was probably the best uhaul experience weve had this far. I even told my husband this was the cleanest location weve seen. We got an updated vehicle that was comfortable to drive and clean inside. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The individual who checked us in was extremely professional, personable and respectable. All the workers we saw were well dressed, was honestly eyeing up their jackets they were all wearing. They were all just so well put together. I know these things arent that important but its truly the first uhaul location Ive seen in the past two years that was this clean and overall quick/easy/pleasant experience.

Spoke with customer service of course there gonna back the general manager told me they would report that employees need to be trained better but even though that's on them the customer is wrong and the manager reported I was satisfied with his call to me and I told the lady no I absolutely was not please don't spend your money here read all the reviews and see how terrible of a location this is never once had a bad experience at any other uhaul location but this one is out there horrible customer service

Could not be more disappointed in how this store runs there business lied to overcharged don't care attitude nothing is there problem but some how have less then 2 star reviews on yelp and all the 1 star reviews on Google they just constantly state how this store operates poorly customer service bad attitude bad accountability for employees not being trained properly bad

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul never once have I felt I was overcharged in the past but boy did I get it wrong yesterday rented a truck told them I need it for less then a day told them the mileage I would need at the end of the day I was charged around 305 and was originally quoted 280 but for two days and 166 miles so I assumed aftwr being told on multiple occasions by multiple locations that would be charged 80 cents per mile and 39.95 day that my total would be brought down to around 220 which is reasonable after returning the truck which was a rush because I didn't wanna get charged another day I look and was charged 305 for 10 hours and was actually 14 miles under my total so aftwr complaining about the price difference the manager called me and gave me the talk that of course I was wrong and miss understood that because it's a one way trip it's charged differently even though I explained that all times I've used uhaul for local and 1 way trips I've never been charged and always had money return whatever take it how you want this is the only uhaul location I've ever had a problem with and I will place bad reviews and contact uhaul every day u til something is done because this is actual the stupidest thing I've heard of I don't care what they think I know in the past this has not been the case and if no one at there location takes time to explain that it's not my problem also why I was waiting in line the nice couple in front of me also asked why there price was different by atleast 100 dollars more them what was quoted have a nice day I do not recommend this location see you all tommorow for my next review

Do not go here. Hidden fees that they charge at the location with absolutely NO WHERE on the website that says you will be charged an extra $100 if you dont reserve your rental with a credit card. Truck was absolutely filthy, rotten food under the seats and it STANK. Waited 20 minutes for another customer to finish their transaction even though someone with an owner name tag was sitting there the whole time, but when I finally came up to the counter somebody walked right up to them and helped them. 100% would never recommend this place to anyone and I will be writing a truthful, harsh review for the public to see on google. You all have a monopoly on the moving business and your business practices are HORRIBLE. I hate even having to bother with U-Haul but I dont own any box trucks or moving equipment but if there was another company that had the same services I would use them no matter what the price. I dont mind paying for things I know Im going to be paying, but only charging people without credit cards is definitely a discriminatory business practice. This isnt a car rental service this is a moving business and box trucks cost more than regular pick up trucks, this is an extra step that I found out when I had to pay for the service even though I booked online and never heard of this stipulation.
Also I was told the manager would call me back but just like 99% of their issues, they will never call you back and they are hard pressed to even contact you when they owe YOU money.
