I would give a zero if I could. Worse customer service ever. Maybe the rude person who works there is the owner, rich and cares nothing for them he business success. Only used because AARP member and they were listed, my daughter needed a truck and I was out town and tried to assist her. Will try to never use and would not recommend.

I have tried calling this place 2 days in a row. Both times it has hung up in my face. I finally spoke with a live person on the next day to which he told me the person who handles truck rentals was outside and asked would I hold. I asked him to take my number down but he had no pen so I said I would hold...hung up in my face. I called back after a couple minutes hoping the man would be back in office but never got answer. Hate to say this but I can imagine the business you are losing with this type of madness going on...guess I will call Uhaul from now on!!!!
