image The hotel was in need of an upgrade and general repairs. Bathrooms in both our rooms were water damaged, and the floors were really dirty under the TV stands. The hot tub was not heating and the hall smelled like weed. BUT the beds were comfortable, it was quiet and very affordable.

image For my son's birthday he wanted to go to the pool it was still a Lil cold so I chose a hotel with an indoor pool before making the reservation I asked the front desk staff was the pool going to be open I wasn't going to get the room if it wasn't the front desk staff told me yes ma'am the pool is open so I made the reservation went and picked up the kids and came back to the hotel ok everyone was so excited to be getting in the pool my kids love the water they got dressed to get disappointed when they got to the pool it was being cleaned and was told to come back at 5 went back at 5 and was told to come back in an hour went back and was told to come back at 8 went at 8 just to be told the pool will not be open until the next day came down that morning and pool still wasn't ready so wasn't the best experience for me and my kids paid 145 for the room we could have stayed home to sleep I need some type of compensation but I can't even get a call back from management they keep tell me the maneger is on the phone or no one is there and take a massage for the manager to call me back but no call back it has now been a week crazy thing is I work for a hotel I know how this work so I know what can be done

image So I gave this hotel a second chance. Location is perfect room was nice. But putting pet friendly then expect us to constantly keep our 15 year old sick dog super quiet is ridiculous. The front end receptionist put us in room 205 room right above pool next to lobby. My dog was not allowed in pool area as we were swimming she began to wimper as any one knows lobby is quiet so it echoed she was not in room long. Maybe 20 min. White older lady receptionist began to texting me and continuously call me to the point it was harassing. FYI dogs wimper bark whine. I have a 5 lb Chihuahua. So it was bothering her more than other guest. Because in my 4 day stay there was no one next door or across. So there should be a conversation with this bitter old lady.

image Ive been waiting to write this review since Monday my family and I have been travelling since March 1st and got to this hotel the night of Monday March 11th. We had stayed in some Country Inn & Suites prior, but this was the last one we will ever step foot in. Its unfortunate because the first couple were really good and reasonably priced but this hotel has legitimately traumatized us. I have never seen a room so filthy and disgusting in my entire life. We came in and noticed it was visibly dirty, but it was when my son dropped his cup that I really discovered how bad it was. I will post pictures of what Im talking about. We got to the hotel late due to our travel, we forced our kids to stay in their bed all night and we would only walk around with our shoes on. We laid in our beds and just slept until about 6 am and left by 7. I showered in the morning with my shoes on because I couldnt stomach to even take them off. My wife went down in the morning to talk to the manager, who wasnt there. She got 2 emails, and sent off emails that morning with the following pictures and has yet to hear any response. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking this hotel.
