STAY AWAY FROM ANASTASIA DENISOVA. We received the lease this morning, read through the document, and by 4:30pm of the same day we were informed that they were going with another option. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL DROP YOU ON SIGNING DAY IF SOMEONE OFFERS A TAD BIT MORE. I would be careful selling/renting through Anastasia as well, the illegal clauses (requiring healthcare???) will surely get you in trouble in a court of law. Shame on this establishment for employing this dishonest person in the first place.
