        @KellerWilliamAtlantaClassic Tamarian Stroud is the WORST REALTOR EVER! Please do not work with this women! She didnt have my best interest at heart! The contract fell throug so I found a new realtor. The next day she ripped my ENTIRE kitchen out of my house! No cabinets, stove, refrigerator or sink! NOTHING just floor and walls. Later that day, I went to my home to change the locks and her father was in my home DRUNK trying to change the locks! She tried to lock me out of my own house! Her father called her and she came into my home belligerent with a blade and tried to intimidate me and I called the police on her. My new agent got my house sold but Tamirian Stroud put a MECHANIC LIEN on my home for 43,000. She claimed that she did work but all she did was tear out my kitchen after the contract was terminated in anger! PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH HER. I would hate for this to happen to someone else. She also threatened me, my family and my job. SHE IS THE WORST REALTOR IN GA! Also the supervisor LEAH wouldnt even give me the time of day to talk to me about the situation. She would not even look at us.

Similarly, additional services are likely to come at buyer/seller expense as we cannot legally provide those services such as but not limited to credit repair, inspections, appraisals or legal advise.
