TL;DR: Stacey and Megan worked super hard and got me thru a tough situation selling my house with a difficult buyer - they're awesome and you should buy/sell with them. I was selling my first home and picked Stacey Edwards after reading a lot of reviews. Best decision I ever made!!! Right away, Stacey and Megan got to work, talked me through the whole process, set up a landscaper and photographer for the listing photos, walking me through initial paperwork, and were super responsive the whole time. They saved me literally over $10,000 in repairs that I thought I needed to do but they advised correctly that I would be able to sell the house without doing those. I had an offer for my asking price in a week. And then the fun started. Y'all, my buyer was a MESS, bless their hearts. I don't know what was going on with them, but they did not get their stuff together, didn't communicate that they wouldn't make closing till *3 days* before closing, etc. Stacey and Megan stayed ON TOP of the situation. If not for how proactive they were, I'm convinced the buyer might not have ever submitted their loan paperwork. In the end, it took over four months, and Stacey and Megan handled getting contractors for the repairs we did have to do, filing a ton of paperwork, getting rent checks to me since we had to do a temporary occupancy agreement with the buyer, etc. It was an awful saga but I know it would've been 1000 times worse if I didn't have such a great team working on my behalf!! Bottom line, these people will bust their butts for you and you will dang sure get your money's worth! Bonus: they are hilarious and super fun to be around.

My wife and I had no idea to start when we decided to buy our first home. Luckily, we stumbled across Stacey and Andrea. They made our home searching and buying process feel effortless. As an active duty military family, we had short notice to love and had to buy sight unseen. Andrea took the time to go to EVERY house we were interested in and take thorough videos and gave us her honest opinions. We ended up finding a beautiful home and closing on the day we moved to Georgia.
