        I went to this facility for the first time today and I am absolutely appalled. I work in healthcare and I have never seen a facility with this many HIPAA and OSHA violations. There was garbage and bugs everywhere. The facility itself also looked extremely old and Im sure hasnt been updated or remodeled in years. Not to mention, the patient I visited today had clearly been neglected. Some of the staff were nice and thats the only positive thing I can say. Dont send family members here.

        All of this post is based solely on my opinion. I wish I could do negative stars. My mother in law got to Harbor View on a Tuesday. No bath until I insisted on Sunday. They didnt change her bandage and they said that she didnt have a UTI when her urine smelled horrible and was brown. She passed away - would have regardless, but she suffered because of the neglect. I would rather live under a bridge than be there. Oh - and the hospital gave us a referral sheet that had them rated with four stars. Wow, just wow.

        DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE! THEY ACCEPT YOUR RELATIVE THEN SEND THEM OUT TO THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY ARE TO IGNORANT TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. CAUSED US AND THE PATIENT A LOT OF GRIEF TRANSFERRING.
