        Great Service! Social Worker Tamara is very helpful and always willing to help. During Covid she went above and beyond to help with all our worries. Toni and Bonnie activity staff were great too, my grandfather always had wonderful things to say about them and his rehab. He is now home and continues to do great! Tamara made sure he had everything he needed plus got him a wonderful home health company.

        This place terrible. Meals are never delivered on time and when they do receive them they are cold. The coffee is always cold. Residents sit in their wheelchairs in the doorway trying to get a nurse or cna to listen to their questions or complaints to no avail. When nurses come around to get vitals they are in a rush and don’t have time to answer questions. They tell you to talk to the patients nurse which can never be found for some reason. Some patients wear a diaper more than six hours at a time. They put diapers on them so they don’t have to help them go to the bathroom.
