        As I'm writing this I've been waiting in this lobby for the last 20mins waiting in line for someone to take my order, they are concerned more about drive thru then taking our oder, yes I get it they are busy on the drive thru, but at least have the front cashier take our order then worrying about helping drive thru, I mean what's the issue here, why isn't there some one here to delegate like (management) instead of being on the drive thru,.this is just ridiculous

        They close way earlier than said came at 945 they wouldnt take my order as they already had cars in drive way

        Guy who took our order huffed at everything we asked for. We asked for spoons because we had mashed potatoes and the sauces we asked for upon ordering. He huffed again and got one spoon. We waiting because we needed 2 more spoons and the other 2 sauces we'd now asked twice for. We finally gave up. They were out of half of what we ordered which we understood and would have paid for any sauces but we only got one after repeated requests. Cold food and horrible service
