      image I waited 30 minutes for my food then my Krystals was old and cold . I went in to get hot Krystals and they still gave me old Krystals I submitted an online complaint and tried to call the location no answer , response or call back .
      Update: the district manager called and was extremely nice and theyre going to remake my food.
