Ordered at kiosk to eat in. Paid by 720 didn't get food till 734 and they didn't put it on a tray or bring it to me like they were supposed to.Both cheesburgers were very burnt and didn't look very fresh.Minimal effort by the crew. They were slow for people that arrived before me. Wasn't even close to the money i paid in for it

Seems everytime I come to this Mcdonalds and attempt to use the app "The server is down" which means "No specials or use of points today". The employees have no idea how to process orders from the app. As far as the food, I have no idea, I always just leave, very frustrated.

I'd they get your order wrong do the survey put yoir email or pgone number in and request to be contacted you can get a free meal. Also corporate only pays attention to the surveys not these reviews.
