Awesome job Steven & AJ was great.came to my house as scheduled and on time showed their commitment and concerns about getting my house restored before they would leave they made sure that all my concerns were fulfilled ..if anything else they could donot to hesitate to call if I needed . Thanks guys

Came and did what needed to be done in a timely manner. Master bathroom tub was leaking in the garage. Made a call and they were there the same day handling the problem.

Horrible experience. We hired Jenkins to repair our roof and repaint our master bathroom ceiling where it was leaking. The salesperson said it was a broken seal, and the workers came to reseal. Less than a week later our bathroom ceiling was leaking again. I immediately emailed. No response the first business day. I emailed again and two days later, someone with the company who had actually done the repair called me and said the actual problem was something else- a cracked pipe boot for one of the ventilation pipes. He said he had told the company that it was going to leak again, and they said to go ahead and just complete the work order. So they never fixed the problem. I immediately called the salesperson. Again no response. Researched the branch manager and copied him on an email to our salesperson. He finally called, took zero responsibility, and said we would have to pay more to do the repair of the cracked boot. I again asked to speak to his manager. I emailed the manager. Never heard one word from him (Rob). At this point we had zero faith in this company and took our business elsewhere. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. We were out over $1,300 with them with zero resolution to the issue. Shameful.
