After a water heater burst while I was out of town, I was really concerned about water and mold mitigation. I was especially worried as a friend had to have a similar service and rebuild (I don't know what company), and she did not have a good experience at all. A friend called ServPro for me, and I couldn't be happier with their service. Everyone that I've encountered with this office has been exceptional! The drying process was already in process when I returned home almost a week later. The first person I met with was Orlando, the crew chief. He was just there for a quick monitoring of the equipment, but he went above and beyond to help explain what was going on, and what to expect for future visits. His patience, caring and hard work has made this experience much easier to deal with. His team, Kristi and Emilio, always were so cheerful, and everyone worked so well together. You could tell they were a good team. I also loved getting the call every morning from Nicole to let me know their schedule. She is always so sweet, and it was a good start to my morning. These guys stand out, but everyone who participated in the process were exceptional. It always seemed chaotic, but every crew, from packing up furniture for storage, demolition, and final clean up worked hard and were the nicest people. Everyone took customer service to the next level.

Orlando and his team were fantastic people. Professional, punctual, prepared. Over the years, Ive dealt with Restoration companies for various emergencies. By far and away, these are the best that I have ever dealt with and believe me that is saying something! I highly recommend them and ask for Orlando by name. 100% satisfied customer here.

ServPro was fantastic in coming in and doing Mitigation in my home after a pipe had burst. Crew Chief Orlando and tech Kristi were always on time and never left me in the dark to what was going on. I received daily reports and they also had their next steps listed. Loved working with them, they were fast and my home passed the mold test on the 1st try thanks to their great work.

My experience with SERVPRO Norcross/Duluth was FANTASTIC. Flooding of a home is a very stressful situation, but the SERVPRO crew put me at ease and thoroughly explained the process. I was especially impressed by the quick response, the professionalism and the positive/friendly attitudes of all crew members. They each greeted me with a smile and told me his/her name. The Crew Chief, Orlando went out of his way to ensure that I understood what would happen each day and why. He and Kristi came back over a five day period, were on time, communicated proactively and just got the job done!! Special thanks and gratitude to the following SERVPRO crew members that came to my home on day one and a special thanks again to Orlando and Kristi for the work they did on the subsequent days!!
