Had a local move from Alpharetta to Gainesville and decided to go with Star USA Moving. They gave me a quick quote, which was reasonable, and the payment process was smooth. The crew was super professional and took great care of my stuff. Would definitely use them again if I ever need to move. Highly recommend!

At first I was a little concerned about using Star USA Moving because of the reviews I saw, however, the sales manager convinced me and guaranteed me a price and good service. I am happy to say the did an excellent job with my move from GA to FL.They took care of my move like pros and made sure my stuff arrived safe and sound. Can't thank them enough for the smooth process. Definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers!

Had movers flake on me last minute and if youve ever had to move in a crunch, you know how hard it is to find movers, especially on a Sunday. I called several companies with no luck. Star USA Moving answered, took the necessary information and had a quote for me in record time. The movers were over to me within two hours of booking. Everyone was very professional and had taken so much care with my items. The quote was for three movers and one truck for 200/hr. 600 was not bad at all. I ended up paying 1100, between time and packing fees. There was an $185 charge for tv/sofa protection/packing that I was not expecting so if youre tight on cash, maybe plan ahead or do that yourself. While I wasnt expecting to pay that, Im glad so much care was taken to protect my things. Be warned, you will sign a small book over the course of the move. I felt like I was buying a house! But I know that doing business these days can be tricky and everyone has to protect themselves. All in all, Id book them again in a heartbeat and refer them to anyone looking to move. Alex is very unprofessional. My family had trusted this company to do a living job. Here is the scoop 1- bait and switch. Quit one price and charge another 2- they hold your property hostage from unloading until you pay the bill in full 3- when you arise a concern the owner Alex will curse, yell and scream at you. Avoid these scammers at all cost
