Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This branch is much better than its reviews. My experience was professional and extremely helpful. I will say that Saturday morning is probably not the best time to visit for many reasons.

Purely bad comments haha yes it is true there are people who carry their big faces still with cheles in their eyes but I don't remember my love nor do I remember her name I only know that she is Puerto Rican I love that she takes care of me she always treats me like I am a king haha After a while I get to change my check, you know, keep up the good work.

I have been loyal customer to this bank for almost 6 years. I have never been disappointed at any other location, but in this specific location, i had a worst experience. All employees are free but not willing to take care of customer and act like they are running busy. Will find other banks and close all bofa accounts.

Beware!!! This place is unbelievable! They have complete disregard for customers. They never fix issues. The same for years! Because their main customers are Hispanics. And they keep quiet. It is always just 1 teller serving all customers. There are bunch of other people behind the counter, but they do not do anything just standing there and make it seem like their busy. That is why they have huge line inside, and they have security out said and keep customers outside untill line inside moved a little. Rain or snow, they keep their customers outside and wait always around 30min or more to give them your money. Take your money somewhere else. Bank of America treats you as a number, and you give them your buisness and your hard earned money. Especially at his location!!!
