      image The teller with the glasses told me some policy change that didnt even exist! Went to a different branch and they were able to help me with it and said there is no such policy change! She lie to me.

      image I went in to change my name on all my accounts, provided 2 forms of ID and was told it could take a couple of weeks. It's been a month and call center rep stated there were no notes or documentation so I have to resubmit everything. That's bad customer service.
