I see the brinks guys all through Atlanta show no sense of security training acting like there awareness isnt ay big safety and also ay security risk positioning the vehicle in ay direction of no exit way Im telling you thats what gets people killed no security awareness or safety protocols.

Do not sign up with this company!! The bill will constantly go up on you without your knowledge.. not only that they promised to keep me at $15 a month and before you know it they have you all the way up to $50 and say they can't go back to the $15 you were originally paying. I left and came back because they offered the $15. shame on me I should have known. The worst part is you can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Save yourself hours of wait time and bad customer service.. go with someone else!

We were originally with Protect America home security and customer service was great. They sold to Brinks and customer service is terrible. We moved and we tried cancelling my service for two weeks. We spent hours on hold each call. I final decide to call as a new customer knowing sales would answer the phone. They tried to put me through to customer support and once again I was on hold for 30 more minutes. This time I spoke with a support representative who informed me that they would send me an email to approve cancelation of the service. This has been a bad experience and I would not recommend Brinks Home Security do to their customer support or lack of.

Bad company to work for. Robert Coppage, and Janika Arnold are terrible supervisors, with no training on how to treat employees. They overwork good employees and put them in bad conditions while lazy employees get rewarded. They will mess your pay up after working 65 hours a week. Supervisors are liars and will do anything to protect themselves when they are making mistakes.

This has been the worst experience with an Alarm monitoring company I have ever had. The equipment continues to mal function, when you call the 24hr monitoring number at 9 pm the recording states the office is now closed so who is monitoring your home system. When you finally get a person they want to send a tech to your resident for a charge of $199. this company is horrible..Cannot wait for contract to be over.
