The worst bank and customer service Ive ever received. Also asked me and my sister intrusive questions when trying to get money out of our accounts in coins. Tried to intimidate my younger sister before I came in without explaining any company policy. Lots of attitude and rude. No common decency and need to spend money on training in customer service. My mother, father, sister and I all bank with Wells Fargo and we plan on closing our accounts after multiple experiences of this nature. We have a business and this is exactly why we refuse to bank with them for the business. I highly suggest going to the Bank of America down the street and not this or any Wells Fargo.

I always go with wells fargo for notarys but in this wells fargo i always have problem because the hispanic manager always ask me for another paper, that they cant sign my papers because she dont what very lazy

Was sent to this location after the other close one would not process my money order. I came here it was NO different. Asking me where I get my money from and I thought that was intrusive. Which the GM responded that I can just leave. Sorry this location is no better then the on 5 minutes away. Newnan as a whole is terrible for young black bankers. Had the same results. I had to drive 45min to my Wells Fargo by my house just to get the money order. But they didnt stop me from buying my wifes Highlander outright!!!

Tired of drive through always closed.been there 8 different times on different days.always closed.if I havent been With this bank for such a long period of time. I would close out my account. Been with them since I was 16 years old when they were first federal through first Atlanta. Through the Wachovia years. Im 65 now this bank is going to hell
