The downtown branch is closed. No customer service there or at the Island, after you drive out there as directed by a telephone conversation. I was told transaction could be handled in drive thru. Sorry for everyone behind me in that line! After 20 minutes of irrational excuses from the teller and branch manager I left without the transaction being completed. Trying to close an account and they obviously don't want that to happen. This delay to pay off a loan is going to cost me additional $317.00. Many other banking options and I strongly suggest you chose any other bank and don't use Wells Fargo for any reason.
