This branch is absolutely Amazing. The branch members are very professional and very helpful. Kristina Parker is always friendly. She was able to cash a ripped check. She continued to slide the check and that's outstanding customer service. Khalil Warren is very professional. He always have a pleasant smile on his face. I needed service during my lunch and I did not have much time. I was very impressed with Khalil because he made sure I was serviced within a reasonable time so I could return to work on time. Khalil is Awesome. Rodney was very professional notarizing my documents and what I absolutey love is he knew I didn't have much time during my lunch. He answered his phone and continued to notarized my documents so I would return to work on time.

The branch manager Khalil was absolutely wonderful in helping us through a little emergency with our earnest pay for our house. With much hospitality and kindness that's rarely found in banks and businesses, for that I would definitely recommend this location.

Very bad experience. Wanted to open a account but while opening also applied for Credit card and got rejected. There was 300 dollars opening bonus, but they didnt use the promo code while opening. after 3-4 month we could know they didnt use this promo code. and I loat my money and valuable time with them.

Simply HORRIBLE customer service. This location needs their REGIONAL manager come and investigate. In no way should this location be open. Background: On GOOD Friday they had one teller working. There was a long line and the employees came out and simply looked and walked away. I was attempting to open an account. However, the employees who oversee this process stated they were too busy and I needed to an appointment. I returned Monday at 3:00 pm. I was told I had to make an appointment after I was set for an appointment by the teller. The employees behind the counter do not speak to you ad simply walk around like zombies. I spoke with the branch manager after an attempts was made by a female employee not to speak with him. However, it done no good because he attempted to deflect the issue and now I know why this branch is so poorly run.
