By far the best experience I have had at any Bank of America branch! I walked in to order a new checking card and ask questions about setting up a business account and the manager Owen was able to assist me with setting everything up for my small business right then without having to come back for an appointment later. He took the time to personally guide me through each step of the process while knowledgeably answering all of my questions. He even assisted me in finally resolving a longstanding issue I was having with the BOA app! Owen was extremely friendly and professional and it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. I highly recommend visiting this branch for the very best customer service experience of any bank period! Here, you will be treated as a valued customer which is more and more rare in a world where customer service has become so automated, digitized and impersonal. Thank you Owen and BOA!

HUGE thanks to the Branch Manager here! Hes always been so kind and helpful to me. And today, I was fighting through traffic to make it there on time and pulled up 1 minute past closing time to see him walking out. I asked politely if he could help me ensure Id have the Tooth Fairys $5 bill for my daughter and he said, Sure thing. I know how that isIm the Tooth Fairy in my house too. He took my quarters and in just a couple minutes came out with my $5 in a bank envelope. Feels SO good to bank somewhere where your more than your money. Youre a person too. Nice to know the people they are as well!

Went in to pull out money the teller was wonderful. Asked the manager if he can separate my business account and personal, he told me he can not do it. I had same issue went to John's creek bofa and the manager did it for me. I told him that and he was rude and kept telling me it wasn't his job. I don't understand if you are in the customer service business you try to help not brush off a client. It is sad to see how the world changed for some people who just comes in for a pay check. This manager has no business Ethics at all. I hope they do a internal review and he gets fired. Now I understand why this location has a 2.4 Rating I don't recommend this location
