Chase Bank

Do not do business with this branch! They refuse to help rectify mistakes made by the brand. Even egregious errors that result in your account being inaccessible for weeks. This branch has driven me to close all of my Chase accounts due to there incompetence.

Do not do business with this branch, I have never worked with a bank and branch that is incapable of any support for the customer. We have a major issue with our account, bank is holding our funds frozen for a week now and nobody at this branch wants to help. On our visit today the employee literally walked away from us without showing any empathy or understanding for customer. Bank such as Chase should have more knowledgeable employees who know how to work with customers. Never again, the minute we get all our money out of this bank we will stop all business with Chase.

This location is the closest to my house. Last week I went to the location near my job and they didn't have a notary. This location on Power Springs doesn't either. I asked the tellers if they know a branch that does have a notary. One said no. The other said they don't have one on Saturdays. So you mean to tell me that you only have a notary during the week when I'm at work? There's no way for the teller to check another location for me? I was the only person in line. Again I was told to go to UPS store. I was told it's only $2. UPS store charges $4 per page.I'm about tired of Chase after banking with you all for 11 years.
