The waiting room is comfortable, and check-in is very easy. Wait time was about 30 minutes. My issue was minor and was dealt with quickly and professionally.

Never answers the phone or voicemail. This is also the wrong phone number. Only in Bibb County

It's very hard to get someone on the phone. This is unacceptable for a publicly funded office.

They never answer the phone, they shouldnt be paid at all, so unprofessional
