Where do I start? This has been the most terrible experience with a contractor - EVER. The project to paint my exterior home started in December, it is now Feb, still no end in sight. All I keep on getting is one excuse after the other. And to add salt to the injury, I had decided to pay Fresh Coat $500 more, compared to other quotes, after seeing their reviews. They did not live to the expectations. But that is not all. My Three car Garage driveway that I had just redone was completely ruined with paint dust--they did not care to protect it prior to painting. The actual job itself looks like it was done by a three-year old. I had to actually supervise them through the entire process while I was doing my day-to-day work. At the end, it seemed more as if the painters they sent were trying harder to not be professional as opposed to the other way around--most of the errors I did not point out were missed all together. I was especially disappointed because I could have done a better job myself. Please be on the lookout on the Nextdoor App and other Social Media for pics and text message exchanges as proofs. Fresh Coat Company provided us with pressure washing services. They were prompt to provide me with a reasonable quote and contacted me to let me know they were on site. They were on time and performed the job to my specifications. When they were finished, our house and driveway were very clean and presentable. We contracted them again within two weeks to perform some electrical servicing. Again, their quote was reasonable, they showed up on time and quickly completed the job. I highly recommend Fresh Coat Company for their services.
