Cedric did an excellent job repairing and painting my house last fall (2023). I saw him painting another house on our street using a combination of spraying and then touching up all the trim by hand to ensure proper coverage, quality you just don't find today. And not only did he repair and paint, but he did some additional work that wasn't even included in his original quote! I have already recommended Cedric to a couple more neighbors (Hi Harvey!) and word of mouth says to hire this guy!

Cedrick of Ced Xpress Home Services did an awesome job. Cedrick completed needed repair work on our home with great skill before painting our house. Cedrick painted 3 houses on our street recently and I was already aware of the quality of his work. Cedrick exceeded those high expectations . He came to work early everyday with a smile and a plan of what he was going to accomplish for the day. I am very impressed with Cedricks skill as well as Cedrick as a person. We are very happy with the results!

Simply OUTSTANDING! Cedric, the owner operator of CED Xpress Power Washing is literally a gumbo of professionalism, courtesy, expertise, fair pricing, and even a good laugh during passing conversation while hes out there performing his craft. I call it his craft because this guy literally treats his work with the pride and patience of an artist. I contacted him, he was quick to respond. No beating around the bush. No finding ways he could find something to add on price wise to his estimate. He was straight forward and ready to work. He did a splendid job of the pressure washing, and also did a stain and finish job that was immaculate. I couldnt even make up a complaint about his work if I wanted to! No, folks. I didnt get a brand new deck built. It just looks like it because CED was here!! Thank you for doing an excellent job on our home! It looks awesome! (we had the complete house washed). Couldnt have asked for more responsive, efficient, and friendly people to work with. This is the first time I have used CED Xpress Power Washing to power wash my home, front stamped concrete walkway, and brighten up the gutters. Excellent job, they did not disappoint! Cedric took exceptional care with the job to clean my home. They were polite and paid close attention to detail. They answered my questions in a timely and professional manner. I will absolutely use them for future home maintenance needs. Highly recommend them, you will be glad you called them.
