I was given a price for monthly rent that increased significantly. They need to be upfront with potential renters that they will not only be responsible for water but sewage also, which makes no sense to me that renters not only pay for water and sewage but are also billed for additional water usage. They need to inform residents that the price given will fluctuate due to water and sewage usage. I have had several package stolen in the package room. Now let’s talk about the trash collection that you must pay for despite the horrible service you get. My trash is set out my front door between 6-7 pm and no picked up. Every week I have to take my trash to the compactor for at least two days a week. Asked if I could get credit or refund for the inconvenience and was told no. Finally, why is the gate never shut, what’s the point of having one.

Worst Place to live! They have lost over 10 Packages for me since I’ve been here in a year. Woke up today to see the mailing box has been broken out and a months worth of my personal mail with credit cards, credit card info , bills and letters missing. Called the leasing office, the rep said ‘we don’t touch mail, what happened?’. Okay. The WORST PLACE TO LIVE. I have lost baby shower GIFTS HERE!

Me and my sister lived here for a year and it was great! We would have stayed if we weren’t going to separate schools and the commute wasn’t so far, but the leasing team is wonderful. Jessica is so helpful and kind, they really care about their residents. I’d highly recommend this complex!

I’ve been here for almost a year & 90% of the time the gate has been broken or left open. I find that unsafe & consider that false advertising since the neighborhood ads claim it’s “gated community.” We also receive emails asking us to leave pools clean for others but, the inner part of buildings can’t even be cleaned for us..

Been living here for about a year. Initially, we applied for an apartment that looked just fine. But then we were told that apartment was rented by another future tenant. Which seemed odd because it had been maybe an hour since we were able to view it.. but we were told that there was an open apartment with the same floor plan available. Sounds alright... When it comes to moving in, I wish I would have asked to see it before hand. Parts of the vinyl flooring were peeling up, the "renovated" kitchen cabinets were peeling, the overhead fan in the kitchen was literally falling off, blinds were beaten up and broken... it was a mess. I took as many pictures as I could and sent it to the front office. They fixed a few things, namely the overhead fan in the kitchen... but fast forward almost a year, our floors are still peeling, cabinets are peeling... I am paying a lot of money for a "luxury" apartment with a lot of horrible peeling cabinets and floor. We have spoken with the front office about the flooring. Filed maintenance requests... We had someone come out maybe 2 months ago. Haven't heard anything since... Honestly, a lot of these issues I have just given up on after the first month of trying to get it fixed. Lets talk about something outside of how our apartment was messed up from day one. About 2 months ago, give or take, we had someone supposedly mug a resident at the pool and fired a pistol several times right next to my apartment (I had family visiting during this lovely day). It took a good few days to inform the residents what had happened, and even then did not actually say what had happened. I haven't noticed any changes in security, the gate is just open half the day.. There are few if any police patrols coming through the complex... The pools are nice though. Next, my wife was taking out the garbage and by accident dropped her gate opener into the compactor. She went to the front office to ask what can be done to replace it and one of the front office ladies told her TO CLIMB INTO THE TRASH COMPACTOR TO GET IT... TOLD SOMEONE TO CLIMB INTO THE HYDRUALIC TRASH COMPACTOR THAT WILL CRUSH A HUMAN TO DEATH WITHOUT NOTICING... I have to wonder if this is the standard dumbassery that works here. Words cannot explain how disappointed I am in this place. Do not be fooled. Rent is going up to some ungodly amount for what we pay for... despite the lack of security... the lack of support... the lack of maintenance ... and mostly the lack of give-a-damn.
