Update: as you can see, below is the standard answer they used to reply all of us that we complained about this place. What a shame. This will be posted both in English and Spanish. a) English: Please don't come to this community because your lives will become miserable. Worst management style, not taking care of issues with neighbors. On 8/10/23, we were forced to use their internet service provider, MANDATORY. All good until you sign the lease contract. A couple of months before the lease renewal, they wanted to raise it from $1,923/month, to over $2,300/month, while most of the kids that recently moved into the community are playing baseball around the parking spot, hitting cars with the balls, having their parents cheering without any respect for anyone else's vehicles. Riding bicycles on sidewalks and also leaning on our cars... very disrespectful. They'll give you a code to use the gym, but somehow we had non-residents getting in just to take showers, homeless people as well, putting my wife and kids' safety in jeopardy. There are also neighbors making bbq's in non-designated areas and smoking weed around kids, unit 603. We thought it would be good moving here but no. Again, from the bottom of out hearts, please, save yourselves a really hard time of fighting. PS: stay away, buf if you do decide to come, be careful with apartment 610. Worst by far, right on the dogs "relief" area and with the neighbor at the top on the 3rd floor, unit 608 all day watching from the balcony to everybody's wives. I had to call the police twice on this guy, and still the management did nothing, even after sending pictures and videos of all issues b) Spanish Please do not come to this community because it will make your life miserable; the worst management style you will find, without taking action with problems with neighbors. On August 10, 2023 they forced us to switch to their internet provider, MANDATORIO. I already had service with Spectrum, the same benefits, and they forced me to have theirs by paying $35 more... a shame. Everything is nice, until you sign the contract. The worst of all, next to the dog shitting area, and the neighbors who smoke marijuana and are on the balcony all day looking at the neighbors' wives, above all, a lot Be careful with the one in the unit that is on the 3rd. floor, number 608.
