Maintenance(the Indian guy who doesnt want to work and do his job correctly) and office lady (disrespectful)are rude and have to respect, they expect you to pay for other peoples maintenance problems when it has no relevance to you. They never want to give out landlord/owner information because they know they are in the wrong and operating to steal from tenants by making them pay fees that are their responsibility, all they do is harass tenants with letters of evictions and fees that do not apply
