Altera Riverside

I hate it here. Took 3 months for them to fix my leaking bathtub. People in the office are rude and unprofessional. They make you pay for valet trash service and a lot of times they don't pick up your trash. The gate don't work the majority of the time which is fine by me but then they "fix" them without warning and the gates will be closed but won't open. Absolute nightmare living here. Maintenance will close tickets without ever fixing the issue. You have to put in multiple tickets and go in the office to complain before they ever address the issue. Horrible company. Horrible people. Way overpriced. Not "luxury" at all. The trash piles up at the dumpster especially over the weekend, looks like a third world country. Do Not Recommend!

Do not move here !!!! I live here ! I have made SEVERAL complaints about marijuana smoking coming into my apartment! They have done nothing about it ! They never answer calls and when I do come in to talk they act is if they do not care !!! The others are lying ! Dont move here !

The staff here in the office is very rude and dismissive... they completely act is if you are obligated to live there and be accepted to they're dismissive attitudes.... the location is the best thing about the apartments, but the staff is just completely unruly... management really needs people skills there and an upgrade!!!

My family and I are very happy in this apartment complex, our moving process with Mauricio was very good, he accompanied us every step of the way and they answered every question we had during our stay here. Thank you so much.

On Feb 3, 2024 I had the opportunity to visit/tour this apartment community. I will say its in a good location/area. There are restaurants and grocery stores just minutes away from this complex and the apartments are fairly nice. Some units are remodeled which brings some of its units up to date but not all. Price wise I would say its just a tag bit overvalued. I wouldnt call the apartments luxury because there is visible work around the community that is needed; but it has some potential to be overall a great selection to consider as a place of residence. My dislike and concern is for the staff that I encountered with during my two visits. Just from my initial interaction with some of the staff I have felt very unwelcome/rushed. I did not gather the name of the first individual that I spoke with because our interaction was very short and I didnt have a tour scheduled this particular day. When I did have my tour scheduled, I met with leasing consultant Gigi. Gigi most definitely gave me the feeling of having an unwelcoming demeanor and it felt like she really didnt want to give me the tour that I had scheduled. Her personal skills/professionalism didnt seem to be all the way there compared to other leasing consultants that I have dealt with while looking for a new place of residence. I asked about the rental spots for the carports which are on the property and she looked as if I was crazy and like she didnt know what I was talking about. I even witnessed her refuse to give an occupant a receipt of the rent they were dropping off. Granted it might be against policy to give a receipt to someone who is just occupying a unit; however the way that she relied that information to that person could have been handled better than what I witnessed. As I mentioned this property has the potential to be a great place of residence for many people and the staff can make a difference in ones experience who is coming to potentially live here. I had an high hope of potentially living in this apartment complex however the total experience played a big roll in making that decision. From my experience of the tour I booked I did not feel excited or welcomed about possibly staying here.
