        If I could give this bank -10 stars I would . By far the worst banking experience Ive ever had in my life . Staff refuses to answer . The location is terrible . Dont go through the drive thru thinking youll just drive thru and take care of business youll be there ATLEAST 35 minutes . After closing out my accounts and swapping they still tried to retain some of my $ . If you are thinking about banking here , RUN . This is your sign

        Used to be a good bank with personal service. Now, since the truist merge it's the worst bank in town. Drive through only, always multiple cars waiting, spilling out onto Broad street. No one at truist cares at all.
