They processed my loan payoff over a week late so it processed the following month and my account accrued another interest payment of $115 AFTER I paid over $8k to clear the loan in the month of December. Never enough tellers available, unprofessional attitudes, 0/5 stars. Im just happy to be done with having to come in here.

My mother is deceased, and am unable to get anyone to answer the phone or to return a message, while her account continues to be overdrawn. Thank you for making a difficult time more difficult.

When we bought our business we were told at another local bank it would be an easy transition for the account to change owners. Long story short, the other bank changed requirements 3 times (and each time we had to contact the lawyer who handled our closing... And he was slow). We were desperate because payroll was about to come due and we needed a bank set up for our payroll to come out of! We showed up on a Saturday at Truist and THEY made it happen. Since then, we've had a great experience so far. The worst thing about this bank is it often has long lines.

The in person banking experience is terrible. The line from the ONLY one of teller working leads clear back to the entrance of the bank. Never go to the Truist Bank in LaGrange unless you have an hour or more to waste. You would think that when they bought out or merged with BB&T, they wouldve hired more employees to take on the extra customers.
