I am going to give this location much gratitude thanks to the Branch Leader Susan Slack. There was an issue and she solved it faster than the issue started when it arrived at her desk. That's true competence and care for clients. Thank you so much.

My husband & I just completed a process to move an auto loan to Truist and Mark Palm was just the best advocate to do this work. You will be very happy with his work and efforts. BTW, this branch has some of the best and pleasant staff of any Truist I have used.

New customer after 26 years at Region's Bank. Truist locations everywhere. Great customer service. Tight on fraud prevention. The app - very user friendly and intuitive. My neighborhood branch is Peachtree Corners. Laura is the glue there, imho. Excellent

Came here to withdraw money. Teller accused my signature that has not changed since I was 13 of not matching and required 4 other forms of ID. I would not recommend coming here for banking.
