        I brought my car in for what I thought was for my brakes/rotors.. My car has been making a little rattling sound on the front right side.. I didnt pay it any mind at first but as it continued, I decided to bring it in to Pep Boys.. The guy (Tom) told me to drop it off & theyll look at it.. I received the courtesy check report & I called them once I read it.. Tom answered the phone & was very straightforward with me.. He asked why I didnt have any oil in my car & I replied I havent gotten around to it.. He mentioned to me all the things that could/could of went wrong if I continued driving it.. I say all this to say, Tom was VERY professional & friendly.. I left there feeling happy & relieved in knowing that my car was taken care of.. Thanks to the Pep Boys team of mechanics who worked on my car..
