        Had JN Electrical come today 4-24-24 did tune up and checked everything on cooing unit and furnace, Micheal Quinteto was service Technician that came out and as always did great job for us JN Electrical has been servicing our units ever sense JN installed them. There service people are great people and do good work.and the office personal are just as good. Thanks Bill&Linda Mauldin Service: Heating system maintenance

        Called them for an emergency call out. Paid them 250.00 dollars to turn an old heater on. And he didn't even show me how to repeat it. I asked for a quote on a new system. JN electrical rescheduled a for a week later. Never showed, didn't call. My guess is this business has all it can handle and don't need anymore. They certainly haven't been receptive to mine, and I can pay cash JN electrical owes me for the time and gas I spent waiting on them. 2-4 pm on Friday 23 May (15.00 per hour)and 90 minutes worth of gas from Anderson to Livonia ga. I'm trying to keepy grandchildren safely warm and cool throughout the year. Your company is wasting my time and money in delays, not to mention my grandchildren s comfort. Clearly you are not capable
