The Hiram location does a great job! As a full service facility, they provide a one-stop solution to my regular maintenance needs for an oil change, rotate and balance and alignment check. Their pricing is competitive and their lifetime alignment package can't be beat Since I travel a good bit, it is important that I buy tires from a company that has multiple locations incase I have need to have a repair when I am on the road. Firestone has sister companies like Tires Plus and a few other brands so it is easy to find one of their stores that will honor the road hazard warranty when needed.

Not a happy camper. Very bad first impression. Online appt set 2 days ago and received a confirmation email. Arrived on time for the 10a only to be told they didn't have the tires I wanted. Okaaay...Rep apologized that I didn't receive a call to confirm and called the tech up to correct him regarding which resulted in the tech apologizing as well (=1 star). Now I'm waiting as the rep calls around to find the tire and finally after 15min locates one in Douglasville. Sends the same tech to pick them up and tells me 30-40 min tops. I then so a clarifying question of timeframe once the tires are back and I am assured that my car will be pulled in-old tires removed-ready to just put the tires back on once they arrive. No material difference between the online price vs the in-store price (=1 star). It was also very clean (=1 star). 11:56a and thankfully someone is touching my car. Finally leaving at 1pm and the same tech had the audacity to ask if I was having a good day. I made sure to make him aware that I was but due to the company I was blessed to keep in the waiting area and had nothing to do with them. Indeed, Esta Es No Bueno.
