My honest review : The room I was in was clean but obviously had some ware and tear. Most appliances were rusty or old. The power went out on my second night there and has not came back on for the past 3 hours. ( Im currently writing this as the power is out. ) The entire hotel has an old and smoky smell to it. The beds seem old, creeky and loud. The walls are practically paper thin, you can hear anyone and everything. DO NOT enter the stair wells, they smell like straight cigarette smoke. Overall, if you need a place to sleep, it will do. But no more than one day here.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Loud and noisy. Kids running up and down hallways. Doors slamming all night. This is more of an extended stay place for families, not a place for guests. Hair on bed sheets. Ice machines not working. Smelled like weed. 110% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Terrible service and facility. The staff put us in a dirty room with a broken bed that almost injured me in the middle of the night. Melissa was very helpful in handling the situation but the manager, Tamika, was extremely rude on the phone and did not care for our concerns about an unsafe living environment. The amenities they offer do not work. the treadmill is broken, the business center computer does not work, and the sauna was very dirty amongst other things. I would strongly advise against staying here.

The front desk attendant was very rude. My husband went in to inquire about early check-in and she blatantly ignored him and rudely pointed to a time on a plaque to avoid speaking with him and providing service. He was polite about it and we were accommodated after he asked again, but he still received attitude while she did so. She was not busy, but was speaking/flirting with some man and may have felt we were interrupting. Not an excuse to be rude to paying customers, do your job. None of the ice machines were working either. Upon first impression, the room/king suite was very spacious; with the exception of the bathroom, and tidy, a few scuffs on the wall but nothing too crazy. The appliances were a bit outdated. The pillows were stiff to me but to each their own. Before booking with them, I must warn you that they have roaches. I woke in the middle of the night to unwanted guests in the bathroom. That alone makes me not want to book with them ever again. That just shows uncleanliness and carelessness. Better off finding another better, cleaner hotel especially for the price point.

It was our first time visiting Georgia for my brother in laws funeral, the front desk agent Melissa who first checked us in upon arrival, was super nice & extremely helpful since day one of our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with getting our room rates corrected on our 3 reservations as one of the 3 room rates was off, she jumped right on it by reaching out to a manager via phone who then was able to fix it. I appreciate her taking the initiative to address the problem as quick as possible and we didnt have to ask alot of questions. She knew there was an error and jumped right into making the call to fix it right away. We arrived late for check in that night and we were so tired and hungry. Front desk agent Melissa made our check in quite welcoming, quick and easy and stress free. The vent in the bathroom was not working, window curtain was stuck when I tried to close or open it, phone wasnt working, I came down to the desk and spoke with front desk agent who said she will have a work order for maintenance to check into it the following day. I requested to at least try to have maintenance work on it see if they can fix it before they decide to move us but if theres no maintenance person, we will have to move to another room. Since no maintenance was available the following day, the front desk agent have decided to move us to a new room and we did, the room was spacey and just right for me and my family. No issues on the room they re-assigned to us the following day. All was good up until we departed stay, no complaints.
