        I want to start off by saying I have "EPILEPSY" an I've been living in this hotel for a month now with my 3 boys an my "EMOTIONAL SUPPORT DOG", NOW with that being said. While I've been staying here I've been "CONSTANTLY" bullied by one particular hostess at the front desk (Ms Cassandra) i get nothing but sass from her, she's rude, mean and obnoxiously ignorant at times an she's likes this to everyone who stays here. I have "EPILEPSY" SO my family, my boyfriend an 1 of my friends does come an check on me. It's not an everyday thing an this lady is putting out lies about me to the owner an calls me out my name among other things. no one stays here except me and my kids. There is only 3 hostess that are accommodating in this hotel and that is (Ms ROSE) (MR MIKE) AND (MS BRITNEY) now out of all of them ( MS ROSE) has helped me the most. I appreciate everything you guys do for me an id rate you guys 10 stars if I could, y'all need more people like (MS ROSE an Ms BRITNEY and Mr Mike) at the front desk Thank you so much Ms Rose, Mr Mike, and Ms. Britney for making my stay here as easy AND as comfortable as possible.

        Cassandra helped me with packages and was very helpful and friendly. Mike and Ms Rose are the best. Brittany does very well as well. Housekeeping is getting a little better than before. Safety: Mike makes sure everyone here is safe and make everyone feel comfortable Walkability: Restaurants and stores are walking distance.

        Rooms were clean and acceptable. Has operating microwave, fridge and coffee machine. Customer service is awesome. But pool is closed due to being cleaned. Rooms: Very clean, fully stocked and had towels prepared in the room. Safety: We felt safe enough to go for a walk, everone was friendly. Walkability: A Walmart and other stores are nearby. Food & drinks: Several restaurants were in walking distance.
