        Have to beware now they making you gave an deposit on the rooms.. when it's time to check out to get your deposit back ,they don't wanna give you your deposit back....then they doing renovations, at times the water is off and 8:00 a.m. in the morning you hearing banging...the whole time I was there housekeeping didn't come to my room,the only time they came knocking when it was check out time.... Update my bank doesn't have anything to do with it.was an cash deposit....they didn't check the room,and the guy up front wanted to argue with me about my deposit money...

Please remember if there is a deposit that is charged to your card, the deposit will be refunded upon check out if everything is acceptable in the room, and may take up to 20 business days to be returned to your credit card. Give the refunded deposit time to show up in your account, and then if you still have questions regarding billing, you may want to call your bank, as they are the ones still holding it after you have checked out.
