That ATM never takes deposits, had to driveeee all the way back around the building to get back in line... Took too long with just 1 car ahead of me..

Visited this branch today, only one teller was helping people inside. After patiently waiting my turn, I was provided inaccurate banking information which wasted an extra hour of my time because of her ignorance - and was later verified with another bank to be inaccurate also. She was not properly trained by any stretch and made the rules up as she went apparently. When common sense doesnt make any sense whatsoever to you, there is a reason! This is a prime example of why I use local banks.

We came in to open a new checking/savings account this past Saturday. We worked with Devaris and he was great. Professional, friendly, and thoughtful, he made the experience so easy. We are changing from another bank after 10+ years. Devaris's customer service has confirmed we made the right decision.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews.. I've been banking here for 4 yrs now and the staff is always helpful...If u want to get great service and very thorough then ask for Devaris.
