Management took our concerns very serious in seeking resolution, going above & beyond. Not only was our account corrected, our "headace & hardship" was equally noted and addressed.
*Like resigning from a job on good terms, if/when we decide to change carriers in the future, we'd openly welcome T-Mobile.

INITIAL -
This review is for T-Mobile as a whole. The staff at this location was very pleasant and tired to help out.... Unfortunately, they're restricted in what they can actually do on the financial side - NOTHING!
Despite multiple (hours long) calls with T-Mobile, I've been stuck with paying for service after I canceled my account 4 months ago! Every time, while being assured my account was "notated," it was NOT. Be warned T-Mobile is not an honest company and their practices are foul & fraudulent.
(As you can see from hundreds of other reviews, I am not cynical. Most businesses are honest and fair, T-Mobile is NOT)
