        From the moment we arrived at the office to see the options they had available to us, we were treated in an excellent way. Regarding the apartments, they look organized and very clean and the appliances are new.

        I have never thought a property can be THIS bad . DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! For the amount you pay, you can move somewhere 10x nicer. This place has rats all over the property, stray cats, and trash EVERYWHERE. I requested a rental verification in august for a new apartment, got approved and gave notice. Upon a month before my move out in DECEMBER, i was instructed i did not give proper notice and i was REQUIRED to stay another month ? Even though my lease ends in Decemberthis place is scammers! I also was informed that my security deposit of $300 can be used to pay my last water bill which is usually over $300 my water bill has never been over $50! And its $300 with prorated rent? from the new property manager Manuel . The 2nd manager in 1 year. I have requested maintenance to fix issues, they will mark it completed and never come ! I have a broken window where someone tried to break in, and has never been fixed! They coat the tubs in this paint, and one month in, the paint wears off and its all the nasty black stuff, and they charge you to come repaint it ! They have bugs everywhere, we have requested the pest control that we pay for several times, and they have never came ! I kid you not DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wouldnt live here again if they offered me a free year! The apartment has flooded several times and has damaged property! Literally my first week living here, we had a water leak UNDER OUR STOVE, never heard before. This place is a lemon!
