The staffing is great all good people And they is very respectful when I call for maintenance they do come they work with you I have not had no problems from them and Ive been here going on for years

My sliding door did not close all the way and it wouldnt lock. I discovered this on a Saturday as I was unpacking boxes. The emergency maintenance guys came by and essentially told us they couldnt fix it. I went to the office on Monday and they said that they had the order and was sending someone over. Today is Thursday and they still havent been over to fix it. Also I dont have a key to access my mailbox.

Lived here for a year and was dealing with a toilet/plumbing issues for 9 months. Tub and toilet would randomly flood the bathroom and bedroom. The issue was finally fixed but the apartment did not offer to clean up the mess that resulted from this. When we asked the rental office for compensation on our rent, they basically said no. Carolina is the RUDEST #$@CH, I've ever dealt with. The home office is useless, you can't reach anybody on the phone or email and their address is a empty building. The pictures are from the last flood, which ruined the bathroom and bedroom carpeting. Please look elsewhere to move. This place gets zero stars.
