        This place called and called verified that the apartments you see online are whats available . Do not waste your gas . Integrity wise . When arrived they said the only thing available was different than what was online. They seem to help only Latino people !! Be wise .

        THE PROPERTY MANAGERS ARE TERRIBLE ESPECIALLY THE MEXICAN LADY. SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HEADPHONES IN FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN INQUIRING ABOUT A UNIT UNTIL THE TIME I LEFT BECAUSE OF THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND

        Upon move in some information was left out surrounding total deposit and also the rent amount for the unit I applied for was different. Maintenance does not respond to request and when they do, they either fix half or not at all and then update the order as completed. And that is very frustrating. I have reached out to management and have not received a call/email back to discuss.

        Im moving about a month ago for the most part. This is a quiet neighborhood have no complaints so far.

        The biggest issue I had living in this apartment was the roaches! I seen them everywhere and it gave me so much anxiety. I could not renew my lease because of this. When I requested pest control, they would not come sometimes. Also, because it's such a large community, the trash compacters were always overflowing which attracts roaches. My apartment was okay even though it was very old (peeling paint, cheap blind, cracking wall ect.) It takes a while for work orders to get done. I'm very simple and don't require much, but even this complex did not live up to my standards. I tried so hard to make it work and stay here, but my anxiety over the roaches just would not let me unfortunately. I would not recommend living here.
