The Retreat at Johns Creek Apartment Homes

Living at the Retreat at Johns Creek Apartments has had its pros and cons. The pros are that the complex is convenient for shopping. It is a safe area to raise children. The cons are things in the unit aren't properly installed and are constantly breaking. Also, there have been numerous management staff over my five years living in the community. The current management team is the worst primarily because of the Client Manager, not the Property Manager. I had an experience approximately a month ago that I did not report out of fear of retaliation. I went into the office to ask about possibly transferring to another unit. The current Client Manager told me she had to check the cleanliness of my apartment first. I found that statement to be rude, biased, and unprofessional.

A total nightmare, the only luxury is the price. Before you even consider signing a lease ask the property to see the actual apartment because it will look totally different to the model. Old building, old appliances, damaged cabinets, damaged/sub floors, dirt all over the place, painted over the dirt, roaches, damaged doors, noisy neighbors, more and more problems to count... Luckily I was able to break the lease 3 months after I moved in and left that nightmare.
