      image Because the young lady that helped me saw the address was kicking back because its a new neighborhood, so she has to force it. So this time it may actually go to the correct address. The USPS apparently can't fix the error. Employee #266196. Was very helpful!!!

      image I am shocked and dismayed at the fact that I handed a young woman a thumb drive to print documents from and maliciously all the files were deleted from each folder when there was no need to go into those folders all files were outside as explained. It is a good thing those files were backed up, but imagine the devastating results had the files not been backed up. As a customer, I was respectful and courteous and undeserving of this treatment. This is alarming as now in order to seek like I need good customer service will have to venture far off to a different service location. The manager was in the same room when this occured. Really shocked and saddened. I hope my personal files weren't saved on any of the stores machines to pilfer important information off of. This is how this makes one feel
