Everything went well and it was "smooth sailing" from truck pick-up to drop-off and the staff answered all my questions and my bill was commensurate with what I expected...I was very pleased

The guys who helped us set up the trailer were very helpful. We had a relay go out so the lights on the trailer were not getting power. The guys helped us figure out the issue, swapped a relay around and we were good to go. Awesome!

The drive on the truck was very bad. The truck definitely needed a wheel alignment It was hard to keep the truck straight while driving. Other than that the customer service was excellent!

I rented a car trailer to bring home my newly purchased classic car. The trailer did exactly what it was supposed to, had no issues, was clean and without any faults. William was super helpful, very kind, and an amazing employee! I would absolutely go back to this location just for his assistance. He went out of his way to be helpful and make sure we got hooked up and left quickly!
