      image We stored our 20ft travel trailer at Frortress Storage. A very uncomplicated storage facility. Good service for a fair price! We would book it again.

      image It is an affordable place, customer service is extremely nice people, the hours of operation for the gate and office is strictly enforced. The only thing I was troubled by was that the AC in building 3 does not work, its hot in the all year round and no one can adjust it. Wish they had some dollys, It doesnt feel like it is a temperature controlled unit when the setting always says 80. I called about it before because I almost passed out in there and they said they would see about it but doesnt look like any change happened. Its a good and safe location! Just temperature controlled is not really. But overrall 4 stars. 5 star for location and their service and pricing deals

      Hello Aaliya, thank you for the feedback and review! We keep our climate controlled hallways between 60 and 80 degrees as this significantly lowers humidity levels and protects against the extreme cold or heat inside the climate controlled units. We have also recently put a dolly inside every temperature controlled hallway as well, to make the moving process easier! If there are any other ways we could improve our self storage experience, please let us know!
