Yesterday, I visited Phoenix Nail Spa for the second time so that my daughter and I could get our nails/toes done. While I understand I didnt have an appointment, four individuals were seated/serviced prior to my daughter and I. I also listened closely and none of them had appointments. The receptionist did not offer us a beverage and I heard her offer to all of those who came in after us. When I attempted to ask her why four people were seated before us, she cut me off and said I know, Im coming. She was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Its very unfortunate because my first time visiting with my daughter, we experienced good service. A receptionist is the first line of your business and a reflection of your business too. I wont be back.

First time to Phoenix and the atmosphere is nice, relaxing and clean. Played my type of music (80s music) at a soft level. Plenty of pedicure chairs and technicians. I get basic mani and pedi with regular polish however, I tip very well. Because I get reg polish it takes longer to dry and they don't have a drying station. They used mini fans. I would give 5 stars but for this I took away 1 star. I won't let that deter me from coming back again. I highly recommend Phoenix Nails Spa

Phoenix Nails and Spa Salon exceeded my expectations! After a disappointing experience at another salon, they not only fixed the issues but also delivered exceptional service. The staff was professional, attentive, and skillful. My nails look fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I highly recommend Phoenix Nails and Spa Salon to anyone looking for top-notch nail care. Five stars!
