I got mom the "express" Pedi. It was fast, which was good. But the nail trim and shaping (the whole point of the visit) left a bit to be desired.

Over priced for the amount/quality of service. When showing me the menu, the lady immediately pointed at the $60 pedicure & I knew right away how the visit would go. I paid $30 for the basic pedicure, & $20 for the basic manicure, with my own polish. Both were extremely basic. They didn't clean under the nails at all, didn't push back the cuticles & basically pretended to be clipping my cuticles. They filed my nails, but didn't sand/buff them. Did the callus remover quickly & then just rubbed lotion in after, but there was no massage really, so that was disappointing. Probably won't be going back to this place because I can do everything they did at home for free.

My service was a pedicure, it was ok until he start to pull away skin that was fine where it was . That's when the problem started ,that definitely hurt and I had blood coming from my toe . My first visit maybe my last.

This is the place you go when you dont care how they treat you or how bad the services provided turned out. They use the same top quality products but dont seem to care about customer service or doing beautiful nails/pedicures. Not free, not even cheap, and still expect that tip
