Where do I begin. I've been here before with no problems. However, today it's been a nightmare. First off, the lady (whom I've NEVER seen in here before). Basically wanted to rush through my pedicure so fast that she forgot to give me the volcano spa I asked for. I'm disgusted at this point, and just really want to get TF out of this place. They're trying their hardest to make it right, but she's done irreparable damage to my patronage here. I don't think I'm coming back. I'm about to go home, and do my own feet after having to pay these folks. Can you say UPSET?!

This salon has great reviews, looks clean and seems friendly, but we walked in to get a pedicure, and their page and business card said they accept walk ins and they actually dont. They are appointment only. Even thought they had just opened, the place was empty, and it was the middle of a day on a Wednesday. So if you are looking to go here you HAVE to have an appointment.

I was going here frequently but the last time I went here, I mentioned to her that I felt they were too thick at the base. She basically dismissed what I said and said its because of how the nail would grow in and thats drilling it down too much like the other nail salons. I dont like confrontation so I just let it go, she then said you dont know what you talking about. That will be the last time I go here, just because youre a nail tech does not mean what you want is what the customer wants regardless of them having to come back in 2 weeks or not. Shes a sweet person and I know she works alone but customer service and listening to your customers is everything! Service: Acrylic nails
